Stipulo AI Ltd was incorporated in June 2026 with one founding principle: the procurement and contract management software market has a gap at the mid-market. Enterprise buyers get comprehensive — and expensive — platforms. SME procurement teams and bidding suppliers largely don't.
We built ATCMS first, for the SME procurement team that needs to evaluate tenders, negotiate contracts, and track obligations without a dedicated contract management function. Then StipuloReady, for the supplier on the other side of that tender. Then StipuloPI, for the enterprise commercial director who needs to see whether the company is making money on its contracts.
